Saturday 14th October 'International Musicians Friendship Concert' at Barn Hill Methodist Church, Stamford, organised by Steve Andrews, featuring an eclectic variety of international artists including Eleanor Turner on harp, Archie Maclennan on piano, world-renowned tenor Andrew Kennedy and the Herbie Lamb Quartet (jazz). Tickets are £10 (under 11s free) available to purchase in advance from the Arts Centre or from the Methodist Church. Tuesday 14th November 1-1.45pm Tuesdays Til Two concert with Alan Thomas (guitar) at St. John's Church, Peterborough (next to Queensgate shopping centre). Free but donations welcome.
Sunday 19th November 12.30pm lunchtime concert at the United Reformed Church on Star Lane in Stamford, in loving memory of Elizabeth Banks. Featuring Eleanor Turner, bass-baritone Robert-John Edwards and organist David Lovell Brown. Free entry but donations are very welcome; no tickets or reservations, plenty of space, just turn up!
