Sunday 7th June Masterclass day with Eleanor Turner on RM Schafer's seminal work for harp and percussion, The Crown of Ariadne. Tickets £100 for three playing participants. £40 spectators.
Saturday 13th June tbc 6pm onwards 'The Crown of Ariadne' an evening of Greek food, music and the complete Crown of Ariadne performed by Eleanor Turner upstairs at The Blonde Beet, Stamford. Access is restricted due to this being an upstairs location with no lift. Tickets will include a two course meal served in a convivial Greek atmosphere with Greek traditional music played by Eleanor during the main course and desserts served with coffee during the performance of The Crown of Ariadne. Saturday 4th July Grades 5-8 masterclass with Eleanor Turner 2-5.30pm (arrive 1pm onwards) at Stamford's United Reformed Church, followed by an informal student recital 6.30-7.30pm. £80 per participant, no spectators, payment by installment is available.
Thursday 9th July Opening Evening Concert with Aquilae Flute and Harp Duo (Eleanor Turner and Lisa Nelsen) for the Nottingham Chamber Music Festival. 'Songs in an evening glow' will include music by Andy Scott and Mared Emlyn. More details coming soon.
July 14th Eleanor is tutoring and performing on the Retreat To The Harp Summer Course in Surrey, hosted by Keziah Thomas. Summer, Summer 2026 — Retreat to the Harp
July 17th 7.30pm Alan Thomas (guitar) and Eleanor Turner (harp) perform at All Saints Church, Tinwell, a progamme of classical Spanish music (Tarrega, Rodrigo, Albeniz etc) and original songs, primarily. Interval refreshments in the Village Hall. Ticket link coming soon!
July 28th to August 3rd World Harp Congress, Toronto, Canada. Eleanor performs Lullabies for the Land. Eleanor's Lullabies for the Land performance is in the Birchwood Room at 10.30am on Monday 3rd August and she will also perform with the amazing Breton musician Kevin LePennec, in his concert which is at 11.30am also in the Birchwood Room on Thursday 30th July.
December 13th Double Action Harp Duo (with Keziah Thomas) Christmas Concert at West Lodge Park, Hadley Woods, Hertfordshire.
